Lockstep is run by Samuel Kim in California. This page says what we collect and what we do with it. Questions go to sam@lockstep.markets.
We do not use advertising trackers. We do not run analytics that follow you across other sites.
We use your email to send what you asked for: the waitlist updates, the sample report, settlement write-ups and alerts. Every email has an unsubscribe link. We use payment records only to deliver and refund preorders and to keep our books.
A few service providers process data for us and only for these purposes: our web host (Cloudflare), our email list provider, our mailbox provider (Hostinger) and our payment processor. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
You can unsubscribe at any time. You can also email us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, and we will do it within 30 days. California residents have these rights under the CCPA, and we give them to everyone.
We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep payment records as long as tax law requires.
If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top. If a change is material, we will email the list first.
