These terms cover your use of lockstep.markets and anything Lockstep sends you. Lockstep is run by Samuel Kim in California. By using the site you agree to them.
Lockstep is an independent information service. We compare the published settlement rules of similar prediction market contracts and summarize where they could pay differently. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Kalshi, Polymarket or UMA.
Nothing we publish is investment, legal, tax or trading advice. We do not tell you what to trade. You are responsible for your own decisions.
We check every verdict by hand, but summaries can be wrong or out of date, and venues change their rules. The official rules on each venue always control. Read them before you trade. Examples marked illustrative are made up to explain the idea and do not describe a real contract.
A founder preorder locks the listed price for 12 months for the first ten buyers. It is fully refundable until we deliver. To get a refund, email sam@lockstep.markets.
Our reports, records and write-ups are for your own use. Please do not resell or republish them in bulk without written permission. Quoting a short piece with a link back is fine.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Lockstep is not liable for trading losses or other indirect losses that come from using it. If we are ever liable to you, the limit is what you paid us in the past 12 months.
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. California law governs them. Questions go to sam@lockstep.markets.
